One City Plaza is a luxurious High Rise Condominium located in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. Through our experienced team at Royal American Carpets, we furnished One City Plaza with High-Traffic Custom Carpet now installed throughout the corridors.

This 16 story courtyard-style building has over 350 units, and is located just two blocks from CityPlace. The luxurious Condominium offers unit owners easy access to West Palm Beach’s restaurants and shops, located just 5 blocks to Clematis Street. One City is known for spacious Condo units with some ranging up to 2,600 square feet!

The high-traffic Axminster carpet was manufactured and delivered within the accurate lead time of 11-13 weeks. Installation of the carpet was executed by East Coast Flooring & Interiors. They did an outstanding job in removing the existing carpet and installing the high-end product to perfection.

Royal American designed and manufactured an Axminster Carpet for this project, produced using 80% wool and 20% nylon. This type of Carpet is constructed specifically for High-Traffic Corridors such as these, and was no doubt the absolute right selection for this High-Rise. There are a variety of technical factors that go into making the final carpet selection for Condo hallways. One example on this project goes into the recognition of the building’s hallways. This particular Condo has longer hallways than usual and considerable units per floor. Therefore, the Wool yarn content will help ensure a quieter atmosphere for the residents.
