GUEST ROOMS CARPET

Our Guest Room Carpet program includes Multi-Level Cut Loop (MLCL), Level Cut Loop (LCL), and Enhanced Loop Graphics (ELG) technologies. MLCL and LCL machines are tufted with both cut and loop, and without the tip-sheared effect, thus providing guest rooms with the desired softer look and feel. Using stitch by stitch control, these machineries offer precise design capabilities and improved pattern clarity. Both products accommodate custom weights, manufacturing widths, and a complete range of backings in order to meet the needs of an installation.

Our Enhanced Loop Graphics Carpet (ELG) produces beautiful guest room carpet designs, with pattern capabilities that include 100% loop pile, or a loop pile with either a tip shear or random shear effect. The loops can also be tufted at different pile heights to create a textured graphic pattern. This hospitality machinery accommodates custom weights, manufacturing widths, and a complete range of backings in order to meet the needs of an installation.

SOLUTION-DYED NYLON CARPETS

Royal American offers Custom Carpets produced with Solution-Dyed Nylon using CYP Carpet technology that offers cutting edge style utilizing both cut and loop texture, and up to 6 colors. Our ColorTec machinery provides the ability to choose up to eight color positions in all cut pile. Both state-of-the-art equipment can produce custom designs with virtually zero limitations. These hospitality machineries accommodate custom weights, manufacturing widths, and a complete range of backings in order to meet the needs of an installation.
