Royal American Carpets now offers a unique solution to these issues thanks to our Custom Quick-Ship Program. Our clients can now design and produce Custom-Designed Wool Carpets or Custom-Designed Wool Area Rugs rapidly and cost-effectively.

Our Quick Ship Program utilizes 2 separate Woven Axminster Machines, each with their own 12-color palette to choose from. There are no minimum order quantities to either of these machineries. We can also customize a product's density for Broadloom Carpets or Area Rugs. Hotels, Condominiums, or Corporate settings can demand certain specifications that could affect the product's performance. Our Quick Ship Program enables us to produce a Custom product quickly, and more importantly, with the optimal durability.

Another wonderful feature of our Quick-Ship Program is the price point. No matter the total of the number of colors selected within a design, the price will not increase. So, whether it's a one-color solid request, or Custom Guest Room Area Rugs each containing 12 colors, the price will remain the same. We have set up our pricing for this program based ONLY on quantity and density.

Production for Machine-Made Area Rugs is also an essential component to our Program. Our Axminster Machinery is capable of producing beautiful and vibrant designs as fast as a Broadloom Carpet. Additional lead time may be required depending on the selection for the edging. Binding or serging options are available, with the edging color also selected from within a 12-color palette.
