MLCL
Multi-Level Cut Loop (MLCL) is tufted with both cut and loop, and without the tip-sheared effect, thus providing hospitality guest rooms with that desired softer look and feel.
The construction is 1/10th gauge, and produces carpet with a three-dimensional appearance. Using stitch by stitch control, the machinery offers precise design capabilities and improved pattern clarity. MLCL capabilities include zero pattern restrictions in width or length. This hospitality carpet can accommodate custom weights, manufacturing widths, and a complete range of backings in order to meet the needs of an installation.
OVERVIEW:

LCL
Level Cut Loop (LCL) offers tremendous pattern flexibility including a number of colors. There is no pattern restriction in width or length. The construction, just like MLCL, is 1/10th gauge. This machine produces hospitality carpet suitable for public space, corridors, and guest rooms.

ELG
Our Enhanced Loop Graphics Carpet (ELG) produces beautiful guest room carpet designs, with pattern capabilities that include 100% loop pile, or a loop pile with either a tip shear or random shear effect. Weight ranges are usually between 28 oz and 42 oz.
The construction is 1/10th gauge and is made of 100% loop tufts. The loops can also tuft with different pile heights adding texture to the finished pattern. This hospitality machinery accommodates custom weights, manufacturing widths, and a complete range of backings in order to meet the needs of an installation.
